The new 2019 Honda Odyssey is powered by a 3.5-liter direct-injected i-VTEC 24-valve SOHC V6 engine with Variable Cylinder Management. It is available with either a 9-speed automatic transmission ( LX, EX, EX-L, and EX-L Navi/RES trims) or a 10-speed automatic transmission (Touring and Elite trims) and delivers a peak horsepower of 280 (SAE net) and torque of 262 lb.-ft. (SAE net). This new Odyssey is equipped with the Honda Sensing® suite of advanced safety and driver-assistive technologies (EX and above trims) including Collision Mitigation Braking System™, Lane Keeping Assist, Road Departure Mitigation and Adaptive Cruise Control.
The Odyssey’s roomy and well equipped cabin has plenty of family-friendly features making this minivan one of the most popular on the road. New 2019 Honda Odyssey models equipped with Magic Slide 2nd-Row Seats™ offer a new level of versatility and passenger comfort.
