2017 Honda Ridgeline – Atlanta Dealer Update

After making its debut at the North American International Auto Show last month, Honda dealers and truck lovers are anxiously anticipating the arrival of the new 2017 Honda Ridgeline. This new mid-size truck happily returns to fill the gap left from its departure from the Honda lineup several years ago. Honda has revised and reinvented this model to include more innovative features, the latest safety technology and a class-leading fuel efficiency. “We developed this new Honda Ridgeline to offer something new and fundamentally better suited to the way many buyers use their truck,” said Jeff Conrad, senior vice president and general manager of the Honda Division. “Ridgeline will deliver everything you’d expect in a Honda.”

A unique feature of the new Honda Ridgeline is a truck-bed audio system. Music can be played from any source or controlled remotely with a Bluetooth enabled device. The Ridgeline will also feature a new tailgate that not only folds down but opens sideways for easier access to the bed. Under the truck bed floor is a completely new feature, the in-bed trunk. As the first model to offer a truck bed and a locking trunk, the Ridgeline offers more storage capacity and convenience than ever before. The trunk is fitted with a drain plug that allows it to be easily converted to a mobile, no-fuss, ice chest. Inside the roomy four-door cab is a back bench seat that can be folded up to avail even more cargo and storage space.

The new Ridgeline already has a wide fan base and will be sought after as a work truck, a vacation vehicle or by anyone who spends a lot of time on the road. Its numerous convenience features also make it the perfect vehicle for outdoor sporting events and of course, tailgate parties. Although not available at Honda Dealerships until mid spring, the new Ridgeline will make its public, television debut during the third quarter of Super Bowl 50. The new Ridgeline will be seen by more than 100 million viewers, and will show how Honda anticipates re-capturing leadership in the light truck market.
